You can now book your appointment online at the Center Antoine Lacassagne.
This new method of booking appointments is initially available for appointments in medical oncology, haematology, breast and gynaecological surgery, ENT surgery, radiotherapy, anaesthesia and oncogenetics. Online appointment booking will be rolled out to the entire institution soon.
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, free and practical, this service sends you appointment reminders by text or email.
For referring doctors, consultation slots are booked via your Doctolib professional account. Consultation periods are available for specialists and general practitioners to facilitate the link between private practices and the hospital.
For departments for which patients cannot currently book appointments online, appointments can be made by telephone.
Personal data collected from this form are used by the data controller, the Center Antoine Lacassagne, for booking appointments online.
In accordance with Law No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data adapted from the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679), you are informed that processing online appointment scheduling meets the institution’s legitimate interest.
The following data are collected: title, your first name and last names, patient identification number, telephone number, email address, date of birth, postal address, profession, type of insurance, source and the name of the general practitioner. Optional data are collected to provide the services requested most optimally to best target your needs.
These data may be communicated to our service providers managing the website who are subcontractors within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulations. The Antoine Lacassagne Center only works with subcontractors who offer a sufficient guarantee of the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures so that processing meets the requirements of the applicable regulations and guarantees the protection of your rights. Doctolib, 32 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, provides and hosts the application and the portal for the Center.
Under the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, you have the right to access, oppose, rectify, delete, limit and oppose your personal data.
